These Terms govern your use of ListiQ (“we”, “us”, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

ListiQ generates suggested product content (titles, descriptions, features, keywords and specifications) from images and details you provide. ListiQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jumia.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free plan and limits

Free accounts include a limited number of generations per month. We may change limits, features or introduce paid plans with reasonable notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the images and information you upload and of the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload them.

5. AI-generated output

Output is a suggestion and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing it and for anything you publish on Jumia or elsewhere. See our AI Disclaimer.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.

8. Availability

We aim for the Service to be available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, account penalties on third-party marketplaces, or losses caused by inaccurate output.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
