This policy explains what personal data ListiQ collects, why, and your rights. It is written to meet common data-protection laws including the GDPR, Morocco’s Law 09-08, Nigeria’s NDPA, Kenya’s Data Protection Act and Egypt’s Law 151/2020.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, and name/profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Product data: the details you enter and the content generated for you.
• Images: product photos you upload. They are sent to our AI provider to generate content and are not stored by us afterwards.
• Usage data: number of generations, timestamps, errors, and basic technical data (browser, device).

2. How we use it

• To provide and secure the Service and your account.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To fix errors and improve quality.
• To send essential emails (account confirmation, password reset).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Legal basis

Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

• Hosting and database providers that run the Service.
• AI model providers that process images and text to generate content, under terms that restrict other uses.
• Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
• Authorities, when legally required.

5. International transfers

Providers may process data outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active. Deleted listings are removed immediately. On account deletion we erase your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Email support@listingmint.click.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data isolation so only you can see your listings.

9. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18.
