To keep ListiQ fair and safe, you agree not to use it to:

• Create listings for illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products, or items banned by Jumia’s seller policies.
• Upload images you do not have the right to use, or that infringe trademarks or copyright.
• Produce false, misleading, or deceptive claims about products (e.g. fake certifications or warranties).
• Upload offensive, sexual, violent, or hateful content, or personal data of others.
• Bypass usage limits, create multiple accounts to get extra free generations, or automate access without permission.
• Attack, reverse-engineer, overload, or probe the Service’s security.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, as described in our Terms of Service.
